Eco Packaging Shipped from Canada to the USA

EcoJerks supplies compostable mailers, recycled mailers, and compostable shipping labels to small businesses across Canada and the United States of America.
We don't publicly list USA shipping rates due to tariff rules, but we do ship to the USA when customers reach out directly.

How USA Shipping Works

1. Orders ship from Canada

All orders are fulfilled from British Columbia, Canada.

2. All USA shipments are sent DAP/DDU (Duties Unpaid)

This means:

  • You pay duties upon delivery
  • EcoJerks does not calculate or collect these fees
  • We do not prepay or roll duties into the order price

This keeps product costs lower for USA buyers.

3. Carriers we use

We ship through:

  • Canada Post → USPS (most common)
  • NetParcel (discounted USA services)

Both include tracking.

Why We Don't List USA Shipping at Checkout

Tariff rates and import fees vary by state, product type, and order size, and are determined entirely by USA Customs. Because these charges cannot be predicted in advance, we don’t list USA shipping at checkout.

Instead, we provide custom shipping quotes so you know your exact delivery cost. Any duties or import fees charged by USA Customs are paid by the receiver at delivery.

Compostable 4×6 Thermal Labels

EcoJerks compostable 4×6 shipping labels come as individual single sheets. They are compatible with Munbyn and other direct-thermal printers but must be hand-fed one label at a time. We have tested them on a Munbyn printer to confirm smooth feeding and clean print output. Please note: these labels are not compatible with printers that require internal rolls.
